Clarity Breathwork
Clarity Breathwork is a somatic healing practice using circular, connected breathing to access and release what has been held in the subconscious and stored in the body. In sessions, you breathe in a continuous, conscious rhythm – inhaling and exhaling without pause – which activates the energy channels, bringing suppressed emotions, limiting beliefs, old trauma patterns, and physical tensions to the surface for release and integration. This practice creates space for profound healing, deep insight, and expanded states of consciousness.
Most people hold back the breath unconsciously throughout life. When we begin to breathe fully and freely, the body becomes a safe container for old material to surface, move through, and dissolve. Sessions combine the breathwork with counseling and intuitive support, addressing patterns at their roots – from birth imprints to core beliefs to nervous system conditioning.
