After ceremony, the real work begins.

Integration is not just talking about what happened. It is a structured, creative process of mapping, distilling, embodying, and ultimately anchoring the experience into daily life. I use a number of methods for distillation, embodiment, and visionary access – all tailored to the person and the journey. 

Ultimately, this work is about translation – translating the vastness of the psychedelic or entheogenic experience into something applicable and transformative. Something that can walk with you.
